Unreliable Therefore Unusable

I have been using WebMD with my iPhone & Apple Watch for 9 months mostly to keep track of my many Rxs. For the last month it crashes multiple times daily and doesnt always sync with my watch which renders the app unusable. I have sent in a report each time and emailed support but havent heard back or seen any updates.
