Pros and cons of WebMD: Symptom Checker app for iPhone and iPad

WebMD: Symptom Checker app good for

Very useful app helping to get a pre diagnosis of illness. This is revolutionary to improve communication between Mds and patients.
Great source of information for the curious civilian. I love the neutral approach. Articles are up to date and have been very useful in my translation studies! ❤️
I love this app. It has really helped me with the medication reminders
I use all the time as a quick reference tool love it so easy to use
I have to take multiple medications for chronic conditions. WebMD has provided an excellent way for me to keep track of my dosage intake through the use of both my iPhone as well as my Apple Watch! I cant even begin to say how much it has helped keep my stress and anxiety levels down over the thought of missing dosages (which can affect the integrity of my treatment). I am probably one of the most forgetful people in the world, but with the haptic feedback and reminders on my Apple Watch, I can rest assured that my medications are all being kept track of and taken properly. Thanks WebMD! -SB
I use it to check medications for up-to-date information. I also recieve hand-outs from my pharmacist. There is more information on WebMD.

Some bad moments

Crashes, does not notify the watch, no ring just vibrates. Not good.
Its okay but not the best. Cant access local health listing in my area. Check mark on icon shows but doesnt specify where to look in the app.
Its a shame that webMD is not using APIs to other calorie counter apps limiting usability significantly. The system is extremely rigid and UX leaves a lot to be desired. Oh, and the ad at the bottom of the app? So passé
I havent been able to use the app because it crashes every single time.
I used to use app, but now it crashes if I try to search for anything. By the time I type the third character into the search bar, the app closes.
this App keeps crashing with the new IOS 10 operating system. Mo good in this condition for help!!!!
