WebMD: Symptom Checker App Reviews

Ive been using this app for 1-2 yrs and today its crashed 4 times. I open the app and attempt to type in the search block and it crashes. Horrible app now.

Crashes without fail, every time, within seconds of opening app. Useless.

My app crashes a lot. The app will say sorry we crashed. So i gave it another try. It crashed again. I will try it another time. Then I will see.

Finally! It was a very long week of crashing and missing/changed medication reminders & doses. I am very happy to say WebMD is back and better than ever. Thank you so much for the rapid response to the iOS 10 issues.

It worked great and now with the new iOS I cant do anything on it because it keeps crashing (iPhone 6) it even crashes when sending notifications so it sends them all twice...

When I logged into the health target tab and created pin as well but when I open next day it again asks for the login details and asking for the pin creation (I am never close background apps in my iPhone) One more the data is not able to sink from Fitbit after giving my Fitbit details it will show error message regarding JSON object. UI feels so happy to play in the app but this type issues are irritating.

Use it for all my questions.

Watch sometimes does not sync up with the App.

This app is great for reminding us when to take each medicine, as well as helpful tips and advice on our health.

Symptom checker is too vague and adding additional symptoms produces more possible conditions rather than narrowing choices. Better off using Google for that and talking to your doctor for anything else

Great! I am kept accountable for my mess and can know if I miss a dose.

When I have questions on symptoms, or Meds. It is generally supportive. For specific questions, you really need to ask your physician or pharmacist.

I rarely used this app but I have found it usually gives me an area to start asking the right questions.

A little off at times but for the most part right on the money.
